  • Functional Testing Service

    Testhouse Ltd

Is your software working the way it is intended to? Will it work in the real world as it does in simulations? Is the code really executing as per its outlined specifications? Do various parts of the application interact as planned? Will users find the application functioning as per their requirements or will they get lost in the flow? Functional testing answers all these questions and more:- Tests your application against its intended output parameters to make sure it works the way it is meant to.- Tests if the functions of the application are working as intendedUnderstand if various parts of the application are interacting as planned.- Check if the user navigation is simple, free-flowing, and friction-less.- Functional Testing ensures optimum quality for content, design and user experience.

  • PCB Test Fixture Kits

    Emergent Electro-Mechanical

Emergent's fixture kits are available in bottom and double sided probing versions. They are fully scalable, from compact benchtop testers to full size multi-UUT production floor models. The removable, interchangeable plate design allows you to easily add and move test points, or swap out plates to test a completely different product. Each kit comes with a standard linear collapse over-clamp. A cam-follower closing system can be specified for higher force applications. Our fixture kits are manufactured using industrial grade phenolic laminate, which is similar to G10 in hardness and strength but easier to machine. The standard kit comes pre-assembled with blank plates for machining.

  • Terminal Mechanical Strength Test

    Aero Nav Laboratories, Inc.

The terminal strength test is used to performed to determine whether the design of electrical terminals and their method of attachment can withstand mechanical stresses to which they will be subjected during installation or disassembly in equipment. These stresses must be withstood by the component without sustaining damage which would affect either the integrity of the terminals or the operation of the component part itself. Procedures are established in this method for testing, for example wire-lead terminals, flexible-flat-strip or tab-lead terminals, and rigid-type terminals which are threaded or have other arrangements for attaching conductors. The forces applied during the test consist of direct axial, radial or tension pulls, twist, bending torsion, and the torque exerted by the application of nuts or screws on threaded terminals.

  • VFTLP+ Test System

    4012 - Barth Electronics, Inc

Basic and real time signal and spectrum analysis is always a test need especially now given the wireless world we live in. As wireless consumer and industrial devices continue to come on the the market, the spectrum analyzer can be found in more and more design, in house test, manufacturing, quality, field test, and remote repair applications.Test Equipment Connection offers Spectrum Analyzers in a various range of prices and categories, allowing you to find the equipment you need. Search by Frequency, number of channels, brand or price range. Test Equipment Connection has made it easy to find the equipment that is right for you.

  • Bi-Axial or Axial Averaging Extensometers

Model 3560 - Jinan Testing Equipment IE Corporation

This extensometer is ideally suited for testing anisotropic materials such as advanced composites as well as for general purpose tests like determining Poisson’s ratio. The Model 3560BIA uses a design unique to Epsilon, where the knife edges remain parallel during the displacement. This approach greatly reduces crosstalk between axes and allows use on round or flat specimens with equal ease. These extensometers are very easy to mount. Integral springs hold the unit on the test sample. The parallel multiple flexure design makes these units very durable. The Model 3560AVG reads axial strain only as a single averaged output. It may also be supplied with two independent outputs, one measurement from each side of the specimen. This set-up is most commonly required when an indication of specimen bending is desired. The second version, the Model 3560BIA, includes both the averaged axial strain and the transverse strain. Again, this may also be configured as dual independent axial readings, which results in a three channel extensometer. The Model 3560 extensometers are strain gaged devices, making them compatible with any electronics designed for strain gaged transducers. Most often they are connected to a test machine controller. The signal conditioning electronics for the extensometer is typically included with the test machine controller or may often be added. In this case the extensometer is shipped with the proper connector and wiring to plug directly into the electronics. For systems lacking the required electronics, Epsilon can provide a variety of solutions, allowing the extensometer output to be connected to data acquisition boards, chart recorders or other equipment.

  • Tensile Properties of Thin Plastic Sheeting

ASTM D882 - National Technical Systems

This test method covers the determination of tensile properties of plastics in the form of thin sheeting and films (less than 1.0 mm (0.04 in.) in thickness). Film is defined in Terminology D883 as an optional term for sheeting having a nominal thickness no greater than 0.25 mm (0.010 in.). Tensile properties of plastics 1.0 mm (0.04 in.) or greater in thickness shall be determined according to Test Method D638. This test method can be used to test all plastics within the thickness range described and the capacity of the machine employed. Specimen extension can be measured by grip separation, extension indicators, or displacement of gage marks. The procedure for determining the tensile modulus of elasticity is included at one strain rate. The modulus determination is generally based on the use of grip separation as a measure of extension; however, the desirability of using extensometers, is recognized and provision for the use of such instrumentation is incorporated in the procedure. Test data obtained by this test method is relevant and appropriate for use in engineering design. The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard. The values in parentheses are provided for information only. This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use.
